Due to changes in the NZPost Parcel Post service, their target delivery is now 6 days. As a result our stgandard delivery option is via NZCouriers. Where goods are not in stock, advice will be given about the likely time of delivery, but an actual delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
Where possible we will try and deliver items to you in time for concerts and events, but this cannot be guaranteed.
International Shipping will incur an additional fee for shipping at cost and will be advised prior to charging/shipping.
All instruments and accessories are given a pre-delivery check, and so arrive in a ready-to-use condition. If there is a fault or problem, contact us immediately so that we can rectify the issue.
Returns
Do not return a suspected faulty product without contacting us first, as we may be able to resolve the problem without sending the item back. The cost of returning an item will unfortunately be at the expense of the sender unless otherwise arranged.
Returning an item without authorisation will not result in a credit to an account/invoice and may incur additional postage for shipping the item back to the sender. There is no charge for restocking or shipping items where a return authorisation has been given.
